"Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here."

"I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. "Overall, we found the property to be neat and clean. It was plenty large for our needs. The area is beautiful, but a vehicle is necessary to go anywhere or do any activities. The property manager (Carla Rojas) was helpful when we needed anything. Check in seems to run in the after hours manner even when the office is open. A good place to relax and enjoy the views."

"Lovely and comfortable 2 bed condo. Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property...

"I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

"Nice overall. Beds were a bit worn and could have used more towels, even though we only had 5 people. The locatin is a bit out of the way. So, expect 45 minutes minum to get to points of interest. Not an issue as long as you prep for it."

"Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very early flight but the hotel staff arranged for our transport and they were prompt for our pick up time which was so very appreciated. The hotel itself was much older than I expected, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel is very busy, traffic wise, but there is lots of dining and shopping options nearby."

"I liked the dining facilities which offered a complimentary breakfast and a wide range of dinner options. The pool was nice. The receptionist/manager helped to make our stay memorable with his fluent English and enthusiasm for Costa Rican culture and his musical talents. The location is on the slopes of a volcano park where tours are available. It is about an hour’s drive from Liberia so we had an easy drive to catch our flight home. "
