"This Bella hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is beautiful. We overlooked a garden with a flowering dogwood tree and a view of the city. The people at the front desk were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We would’ve paid twice as much for this room. We were so fortunate to have such a beautiful room and such a nice place to visit sienna it’s just steps from the Duomo and all of the other areas. Don’t miss it. "

"We had a stop over here on our way to Florence..the hotel central location with great architecture,rich in local history. Museum of old agricultural machinery but also great modern touches. Enjoyed the spa, staff arranged a last minute couples massage for us...."

"This is a beautiful property and it is fully stocked with everything you will need. We cannot praise Claudio and his staff enough. We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Siena surroundings. The property is extremely close to the city center but far enough to enjoy a tranquil setting. Claudio has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We had two different kinds of hand soap which I really appreciated. Water was provided daily at the bar, and breakfast was delightful. Wine, espresso, drinks are all available for purchase. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating reasonable request. If we are ever back I Siena, I know exactly where I’m staying. Thanks again Claudio! "

"Very close to the central core and easy walk for dinner and shopping. Also very close to a spectacular view of the old city! Excellent breakfast which my kids loved. Lots of fruit and options. Also family suite worked well with a twin room for them and a king for us! Very clean and pretty with lovely staff"
