"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "

"This place is by the last stop in the ropeway. It has impeccable decor and amenities. Recommend getting the in room tub on your balcony. They also have foot bath outside and onsen. The food in the dining area was very good and you get great traditional Japanese attire while you are there. Note: this is far from Odawara. If you come in they have a shuttle 3 times a day if you book in advance. That’s recommended over the city bus."

"This is the second time my family has stayed at Highland Resorts and it has been a pleasure to stay here. It's located right near Fuji-Q park, shuttle bus to areas within Fujiyoshida, walking distance to Don Quixote/ Komeda Coffee/ Book-off among a bunch of other places. "Loved it, so relaxing. Got the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet both days - wow, very well fed and worth the price! Enjoyed walking in the garden in the morning and after dark with the lights.
