"Property as described and very secure and beautiful setting. Communication with host excellent but did not meet face to face during 11 night stay. Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. No welcome pack, which we typically experience - just to get started, we were originally due to arrive on a Sunday evening and it would have been very difficult to get essentials for first day. "Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie."

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."
