No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. "Several families met up for new years with kids joining part of the time. Great central location for visiting towns in Umbria and Tuscany. House is very comfortable and heating worked fine. We also enjoyed cooking out on a wood fire. Kitchen is a bit small but perfectly adequate for preparing meals for 10 or 14 people, with two refrigerators. Beautiful view from top floor. Plenty of services and groceries nearby. "
