"I loved the location and the option to have breakfast. As a sole traveller I wanted somewhere safe and convenient. The room wasn’t very big, but again I was solo as. It had what I needed and a kettle. You could also use the kitchen up until 8.00pm which was an added bonus. You could walk to a nice beach in about 30 minutes, port took me about 25 and the old town around 20. There were buses if you wanted to do that. If you want en suite make sure you request a room with it. I was worried that...

"The room was very small but cheap. The location was perfect and the room and building were clean. there is a lot of building work going on locally, but that will pass. Ideal if you are travelling on a budget."

"Be aware that as of March 2025 ongoing roadworks is happening in the street that the property is on. They did email after the room was booked and gave me the option to cancel. It would be better to know this information before booking rather than after booking. It would be useful to have a mat by the entrance to the mainHallway to brush sand off shoes before entering building. There is a communal kitchen in the reception area where you can make teas and coffees, etc and take them to your room....

"Excellent place, rooms spacious and clean as are the bathrooms. Great locations just 10 minutes walk into the centre of the old town. Safe around the property. Great value, would recommend if you are after somewhere to base for a short city break. There is a large kitchen and dining communal area but we didnt use it. "
