"We absolutely loved our stay in paratico in the beautiful villa!!! It has everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. We will definitely be recommending this property."

"The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

"A little nervous as contact was the day after we had left England but from that moment on communication from the owner was perfect.......he could not have done enough for us.......the house is beautifully located opposite the lake and has everything you need for your stay. The lake holds a serinity but just ten minutes away is lake iseo for that different but if life. Supermarkets are close. The jet shower is a lovely end to a day if walking or a swim in the lake. "4 couples rented out this house in July 2019. We have known each other for 12 years and were comfortable sharing a bathroom...2 couples per bathroom. The views are exactly as described and seen in the photos. It is a close drive from all the scenic Northern Italy. Train station is in walking distance for those who want train it. "Anna, is a star!!! Helped us so much before, during and after our stay. Went so far as to get up early on Sunday morning herself to make 2 trips to take us to the train station because she is just that nice person who was happy to do it. A lovely person all around. The villa is so neat and spacious my wife and 3 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out relax and feel and home and get straight into the lake life. From the Villa we could walk to everything you needed to see all of the Lake."

"Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."

"This place is just beautiful. The location, the view and the house itself were just amazing. We had everything we wanted. The house is huge, clean and very well equipped. The owners were so nice and welcoming. They were always there if we needed something and gave us many recommendations. I'd like to rate our stay better than 5 out of 5!"

"This is a fantistic house and the surroundings are beautiful. Convenient distance from Bergamo Milano airport and close to both vineyards and lake Iseo.
