"Please be aware you are booking only one room. All other areas are shared however these are exceptionaly clean. Don’t be intimidated by the rules book the host is lovely and behind every rule is an incident of thoughtlessness by a guest. breakfast, tea, coffee juice etc is the most generous I have ever seen. Including catering for allergies. We had a most enjoyable stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Torbay. The property was beautifully presented, loved the welcome pack and situated on the top of a hill surrounded by nature. Great space for our dog to run around. Didn’t get time to roam the fields but would highly recommend this property. Great location between Albany and Denmark."

"Pelicans was a beautiful surprise. A clean & moden feeling unit a short walk from Middleton Beach. The unit was open, modern, light, clean with everything you could want from a small dishwasher to full fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave etc. all clean & well presented.
