"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. "I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."
