The room is clean and nice, and the bed is comfortable. But I wasn’t a fan of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The blue bottles look cute, but they’re so hard to get the liquid out of—especially the conditioner. If they want to keep the bottles, they should switch to pump caps. If you're in a rush in the morning and need a good amount of conditioner, it takes forever to get enough out!

With my sister, daughter and friend all together, we felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Great room with plenty of space and wonderful windows. We've been to the Encore and actually like this property better. However, the pool was closed and the other pool was always packed. I feel we shouldn't have had to pay the entire resort cost and would appreciate a refund on part of it. All the staff was helpful!
