"Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. "We loved the serene area of where the home was located, just off Rabbit Ears Pass. It was tucked away/cozy in the aspens with a nice deck to enjoy the outdoor space. However, the outdoor space could use some updating like sanding the deck/new patio furniture and maybe an umbrella/shade. We would have liked to spend more time out there, but when we went the weather was very warm so the direct sun moved us back indoors.
