And the setting is incredible. Views of the verdant mountains and beautiful sea. My family and I loved the hike to the parking area. Not having a vehicle was a fun experience. We loved hearing the birds at night and seeing the stars. Plus the fresh bread delivered each morning. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, and helpful. This was my favorite stay on our trip to the Azores."

"Adorable local cottage in a very small town. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Neighbors gave us a walking tour and showed us their garden and taught us history of the area. "
