"The clerk knew I was coming in late and he was ready when I arrived to open the doors so I didn’t have to call and wait in the cold. The next day, I had a conference call before I left the building and they had a place I could set up. You guys all rocked!! "

"It is time for updating. Also the pool pools hours are a bit stingy. There are hand made signs throughout the hotel warning guest to be quiet. That seemed odd. I don't like how the Hilton honors app and expedia don't comminate "
