Villa Beachside is located right on the beach in tranquil Toogoom Queensland . This beautiful villa is furnished and with a downstairs area set up for family fun and a relaxing stay. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a gas BBQ and Gas Pizza oven right on the upstairs desk. Just bring your food, clothes and much loved pet as everything else is provided including kayaks, bikes and more...

Wonderful property in a great location, perfect for a family holiday. House was impeccably clean and well equipped (had everything you could possibly need). Between kayaks, bikes and games room kept kids (and big kids) entertained!

Property was very clean and tidy with fantastic amenities. Great location, back door to beach in less than 60 seconds but well protected thanks to the bushland. Great communication from host. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a nice quiet beach town. Great for small pets with thoughtful inclusions like water bowls and designated Pet towels.

Much needed pre-Christmas reset
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Beachside. We stayed as family of 5 plus 2 dogs. Plenty of space with the cool ‘under house’ play area and beach right on the doorstep. Such a peaceful spot. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and long beach walks. Feeling refreshed and ready to take on Christmas 😊

Lovely villa at the beach
We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families.

Annual Friends Getaway
Three of us get together every year and always somewhere different. Toogoom and this property were fantastic and we had a great stay. Would recommend this property to anyone from a family with kids through just adults. Relaxing and handy to everything 'if' you want it.

Great pet friendly house and location
We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Beachside. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming. Great location with just a few steps to the beach from the backyard. Our dog loved the long walks along the beach and met dozens of new friends.

Perfect getaway spot
This property had everything we needed & more. The location is perfect, close to the water but very private. The weather was not the best during our stay, but we made the most of the downstairs games area. Communication with the host was easy & lovely. We would love to return one day.

Tropical beach paradise
Absolutely loved my stay, the property is as perfect for a large family or a small family. Our cavoodle loved the back yard and running along the beach. Everything we needed was there. Toogoom was a great town for us retirees

This property is well equiped with top quality appliances . Plenty of basics plus extras. Only 1 negative comment is that a light blanket on the beds would have been better than a thick doona which while cosy was too warm for qld temperatures. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable and able to relax .

Perfect location
Great space to be in. We loved the wildlife at our fence line and the views to the beach, sunsets through the trees and the quiet. Always possible to find the perfect sitting spot, whether you want sun or shade. Hosts are very helpful and the house is well set up for everyday and recreational activities. The dog loved being there and the variety of walks for a larger dog was a bonus.

Toogoom on the beach
A place that has everything you’ll need for a relaxed stay. From super-comfy beds to a well equipped kitchen and fantastic location, this is a place that you will love from the moment you drive in. Walk straight out the back of the property through beachside bushland, and walk straight into the water of Toogoom estuary. Amenities? All you could ask for - kayaks, bikes, paddle board, table tennis, foosball, arcade games, darts… a truly comfortable beachside property that will host your little animal buddies - we’ll be back again for sure.

We did not find the house comfortable. No place to eat meals, except outside, which was raining and windy. It was cold in the mornings, a couple of throw rugs would have been good,as an alternative to reverse cycle air-con. Cold in bed no extra blankets. Found the pillows too hard for our liking. No foot towels. The appliances top notch as were toiletries,utensils and essentials. Loved the security lights when returning in the dark. The location was our mistake as we are swimmers it was not for us. It is great for fishing,kayaking etc.

Relaxing stay at Toogoom
Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the gym equipment was just a chin-up bar frame. The house is as pictured, and the beds comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. But the house has the feel of being renovated by a home handyman. The second bathroom is in the laundry downstairs and is very basic with no internal lining on the walls and not something we chose to utilise. The hosts were great, very responsive to any queries we had and it was a relaxing stay at Villa Beachside.

Relaxed Hideaway
Toogoom itself is a little hidden gem and then we have the villa. What can I say!! Everything you need for a perfect family holiday. You really don't need to bring anything but yourselves and food. We loved the beachy retro vibe of the villa too. You can do nothing but read, which I did, or be like the rest of my family and use all the recreational equipment supplied. The beach was so close just a quick stroll through the nature reserve. Our fur baby loved running on the beach at low tide and having a little growl at the kangaroos and bush turkeys every day. Mark was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back for sure. We loved our stay here

Seriously the Best
What an absolute gem of a property in the best location you could possibly get in Toogoom. Everything is exactly how it is described in the ad, the property is flawlessly clean and maintained and you have everything you could possibly need. I grew up going to Toogoom and I thought my grandparents house had the best beach access and location…but I was wrong: Mark & Karin’s is the best of the best. We’ll be dreaming of the effortless stroll down the beach until our next trip. Super grateful that it is pet friendly. Toogoom is such a wonderland for dogs and the off leash afternoons are super social for your pup if you want (or if you want the opposite you have kilometres of beach to yourself some days too). Compared to anywhere we’ve ever stayed this house is super generous with sharing their possessions: think kayaks/stand up paddle board/bikes & games. Also every streaming program you can think of too for those lazy nights. We had so much fun. I obviously can’t speak highly enough of this place - 5 star in every way. We will be back.

A very nice property with lots of little inclusions, and beautifully positioned close to the beach. Wonderful having use of kayaks and a paddle board - only tried the paddle board, but such fun. Described as having 2 bathrooms, which is a bit of a stretch- the 2nd ‘bathroom’ is only a cement based beach shower and toilet off downstairs laundry only accessible via external stairway. Yard area was quite unkempt and needed mowing. Owner needs to keep an eye on cleaners - floors were very dirty, and coffee milk heater had built up old milk needing a soaking clean; and door track filled with sand and grime. Clothes dryer required thorough cleaning of both filters. Needs more permanent power outlets as multitudes of power boards are not safe. Downstairs light switch placed high up on a wall very difficult to reach. These comments are for the benefit of the owner to make the property better for future renters. This property will be amazing once these little things are addressed.
