"Quiet, secluded and just what we needed. Our 2 dogs also had a ball with so much wilderness to explore. We did not take advantage of all of the enormous amount of amenities, as peace and quiet of nature, hanging in the hammock reading and R&R was more what we needed this trip."

"We really enjoyed this cabin. There were 4 adults and two toddlers and the cabin had plenty of room for all of us. The front porch with the dining table and rocking chairs was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. We also enjoyed the back patio in the afternoons and evenings. "The place is beautiful, it is not well maintained. A lot of things didn't work, tv some of the games. The kitchen sink when used required us to mop. Management apologized for the inconvenience, we were still mopping the whole stay. Hole in the ceiling was patched with carpet and the carpet was painted. Bedroom 1 had a lot of live roaches. The saloon had a roach a lot of spiders and scorpions. A lot of spiders downstairs too. So this did retract from from our stay and in this sense we didn't...

"This property was listed as a 5 bedroom, where in fact it was 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in the main house and in the bunkhouse was 2 areas with 2 bunkbeds each (sleeping for 8 with one very tiny bathroom) with a bathroom in between. No wall/doors between the areas. An okay set up for a few kids but NOT 8. No pillowcases in the bunkhouse. "My wife, toddler, and I loved our stay at this property! The property was clean, easily accessible, and very kid friendly. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator and communicated it with the owner. She was very responsive and helpful. We would rebook this property again next time we stay up in Payson. "
