"The property is conveniently located right above a subway exit and just a few stops from main stations like Namba and Osaka-Umeda etc. I also liked the fact that it's not in the middle of the touristy areas although that meant there are less shops around but there's still a Family Mart right downstairs. Check in and out was relatively hassle-free with self service check-in/out machines. The room is nice, clean and looks rather new with daily housekeeping although they did miss clearing out...

"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "
