Bachcare partially recompensed us for the lack of cleanliness but the matresses, I expect, remain extremely thin and impair sleep. For the price the quality of the furnishings is poor. A dining room chair completey collapsed under our grandmother leaving her sprawled on her back on the floor. She narrowly escaped serious injury and when i reported this I was warned that I may have to pay to replace...
