"Just amazing property Lucca was lovely. The road leading to the house was no joke its really off-road. I had a rubbish car and it made it but you need to have some vague confidence. Id say the house is definitely child safe but for a really active 1 year old we found ourselves constantly having to monitor him every second he was awake. "Laura’s property is truly amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are spectacular and the pool and garden the perfect place to relax. The house was perfectly clean and has everything you need. Vitiana is a picture perfect Italian mountain village with lots of little alleys to explore. "Beautiful well appointed flat in the middle of Lucca! Steps away from all of th sites and sounds of the city! Kitchen, terrace, bedrooms /bathrooms were all pristine! Only complaint was contractors on scaffolding right outside the terrace and kitchen windows…..and the elevator was out of service for a 5th floor flat. A pre-arrival notification would have been appreciated as we would have attempted to find an alternate location without the walk up."

"Well situated home on beautiful property perfect for day trips to surrounding beach, wineries, small hilltop tuscan villages plus the big ones Lucca Pisa Florence . Helpful host with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Welcome gifts of local wine, homemade jam, and fresh eggs from the chickens. Down side? No air- conditioning for those hot tuscan days as are most homes but manageable with fans and shaded property."

"Paolo is a very nice host and the house is very pretty. The mountain view is awesome and you can easily walk through the forest to the Restaurante " Il Picco". Very good food and reasonable prices. Great location!!"

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
