"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient."
