"After our first stay we had to come back to the same hotel, so it was good to be back at this great hotel and I actually liked it more the second time. I can't complain about anything, the staff service and food was great, the room was nice and clean. This time the pool was available, i was able to take a look at the city in the night from the rooftop. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking forward to stay in a safe, calmly, comfortable, clean, upgraded hotel. Their free breakfast is way better than the breakfast they offer in most of the 5 start hotels in US, so keep it up. I'm so impressed by the good quality service that i became a member of the Word of Hyatt Hotels so I can enjoy of more benefits on my stays worldwide. "I love this hotel in Tegucigalpa. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet is fast. It’s within a small plaza that has many eating options. It’s a short and safe 5-7 min walk to Multiplaza (the main shopping mall in the city). Overall this is my ho-to hotel in Tegucigalpa. "

"The breakfast staff did not seem attentive as i expected. They appeared very busy and did not offer coffee until requested."
