"Recently, we stayed at this property for 16 nights. The hotel has a very minimalist look throughout. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked the entire time. We are very low maintenance, so we didn't require much from the cleaning staff other than toilet paper, clean towels, and clean linens. Regardless, the cleaning lady (i forgot her name) was always attentive to our needs and did so with a smile. Front reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the Centro Historico which is close to a lot of shopping, eating, site seeing, and entertainment. Definite 2nd stay."
