"Consistency in perfection. This is the best hotel in Wroclaw in my opinion. The quality, beautiful space and hospitality are at the highest levels. I stayed at Monopol many times but I know other hotels. They can’t compare to Monopol. "

"Great location which is easy to get to from the airport on the 106 bus. Spotlessly clean rooms, huge ceilings that make the rooms feel bigger, great shower with quality shower gel and handwash. Aircon that worked well which was good as a lot of hotels don't have working aircon unless it's in the summer months. Good breakfast choices though the hot food wasn't hot, just lukewarm. Received voucher for welcome drink, though didn't use it as ordered before we checked what was on the list of free...

"Super comfy and quiet place to spend a couple of nights at the very heart of the Wroclaw’s old town. Service is extra profesional, rooms are spacious and cosy. Very nice and quiet spa&relaxing space. A rich and various breakfasts complete the whole. "

"A rather austere looking hotel but a very comfortable hotel. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. Facilities were limited but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was good although there was a queue to get in to the breakfast room on one of the busier days"

"Spacious room with every amenity you need (fridge, iron, nespresso machine, nice toiletries). Tv did not work and the WiFi signal was very weak. Tasty breakfast."

"Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet."
