Located within walking distance of the town centre, you can go on excursions to sights such as the Ystad Zoo or the historic Glimmingehus. Österlen also boasts charming farm shops, galleries and numerous artists. There are also good train connections from Tomelilla to Ystad, Malmö and Copenhagen. Golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth, as several golf courses are easily accessible by car.
