The lower level of the home offers a central living and dining area with easy indoor/outdoor flow to the fabulous entertaining area featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas cooking and swim spa.

The modern kitchen offers an island stone benchtop with seating, quality appliances and a huge butler's pantry. There is another bathroom on this level. Upstairs features a spacious main bedroom with a walk-in robes the length of the room, a deluxe ensuite and access to front balcony enjoying the lovely views. There are an additional three bedrooms all with built-in robes, a study nook, family bathroom and second living area with access onto sunny balcony.
