Great location, great service, great value
We love this place. The service was great, the location is quiet near the forest. We were able to hike in the forest to a river. To go to town it was easy and cheap to call a taxi. The sunset from our balcony was amazing and the hot tube looking at the stars was very relaxing. Juan Carlos really knows how to take care of every detail, the room, breakfast, coordinating activities for us, check in and check out.... everything was easy, and pleasant.

Nice one night getaway
This is a nice place to get away from the busy city for a day or two. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared outdoor area was great for lounging and taking in the beautiful outdoors. There are some nice little trails around for a walk in the mountains. It is about a 20 minute taxi from the "downtown" and bus stop though and there's not much around the hotel - so it's great to getaway! But you will need to taxi in for food and such.

Excelente y cĆ”lido servicio. Muy lindo y limpio, y alejado del ruido y el caos. Cerca de Avandaro y Valle de Bravo. Con gasolineras y restaurantes cercanos. Solo sugerirĆ­a un mini refrigerador en las habitaciones y una mĆ”quina de hielos. SĆŗper recomendable para estar en paz. VolverĆ© de nuevo.

Reservamos una habitaciĆ³n con dos camas matrimoniales y resultĆ³ una especie de litera, donde la cama alta tenia un espacio de un metro contra el techo. La pasamos muy mal. Ofrecer esta habitaciĆ³n con dos camas es una broma. El lugar es muy limpio con muchos detalles y un jardĆ­n bonito. Pero no regresaremos.

Me gustĆ³ que mi habitaciĆ³n tenĆ­a un pequeƱo jardĆ­n privado, ademĆ”s que tenĆ­a chiminea que le da un toque romĆ”ntico, ademĆ”s era muy acogedora. Lo que no me gustĆ³ es que no tenĆ­a TV habilitada sĆ³lo para DVD, pero sobre todo la calle de acceso al hotel estĆ” muy fea y parece un tanto insegura, sobre todo de noche, y no queda cerca del centro, por lo demĆ”s bien, la atenciĆ³n fue buena.
