Deluxe home at the heart of Avandaro

Your new home at a walking distance from the principal avenue of Avándaro with restaurants, shops and nightclubs. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED There is a bedroom on the 1st floor, jacuzzi, terrace, bbq facilities, garden and pool (shared with the other house). Ideal for groups looking for to be sorrounded by nature within a space full of light and natural air. Located at a residential compound of 2 houses, the only amenitie that is shared it’s the pool.
During your stay there will be a team assisting you with everything you may need in order to transform your stay into something extraordinary, including our personal chef Polita, the cooking service (breakfast and lunch) and a general cleaning are included, however in case of wanting a deeper cleaning there is a $450 mxn fee per day.
Located at a residential compound of 2 houses, the only amenitie that is shared it’s the pool. All the rooms have its own full bathroom, 3 are located on the upper floor (2 have “tapancos”) and the other one it’s on the first floor.
The house isn´t shared with anyone, during the stay everyone has access to all the areas of the propertie and none of the amenities or services have extra cost. As hosts even though we are not physically at the property, we are on the lookout at every moment, for everything you may need.
