The staff was extremely helpful with advice and arrangements, and breakfast was outstanding every day. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price. "

"I like the stay ! The room is large for three people and the facility is nice! We stayed at the zeroth floor so no elevator is needed. The one downside I could mention is parking. It's not easy to find parking there. You got to go to the backside near where the cannons are. "

"Excellent property & great location! Reception staff appeared to have too much to do, maybe have more than 1 staff on duty at busy times. Breakfast at Wild Duck was superb & staff were extremely responsive & assisted in getting us out for an early tour! Bathroom lighting could be redesigned to be brighter & more functional. "We stayed in the top floor suite. No lift in the hotel but we knew that. We also knew there were going to be lots of stairs from the town center to the hotel. If you take a cab or car they can drop you off at a parking lot with fewer stairs. We really liked the location and the feel of the room. We had a balcony and kitchen in the top suite. The shower was fine but not as nice as the rest of the room. We would definitely stay here again. The stairs in the hotel are not friendly for large...

"We had a wonderful stay at Amaryllis Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and easy parking. The owner, Mr Ianni was amazing and beyond helpful. Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit...
