3 Bedrooms and a den with a pullout couch and a murphy bed gives the guest 4 separate sleeping spaces. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom on the main floor.
The master is on the second floor and has a large amount of space. King bed and a separate sitting space to relax and wind down in the privacy of your bedroom.
Bedroom 2 is on the main floor. Off the living room and right next to the full bath. There is a queen bed as well as dresser and night stands.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs across the hall from the upstairs full bath. Two twin beds in this room.
The den is off the kitchen and can be used for entertaining with a TV and desk or a 4th bedroom. There is a sectional pull out couch as well as a queen murphy bed that doubles as a furniture piece.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need if you end up preparing meals and there is complimentary coffee and use of the Keurig machine.
Laundry is in the basement and you are welcome to use both the washer and dryer during your stay.
Please note there are stairs to get in both the front door and back door so every level has stairs.
The hot tub is in the private back yard next to the fire pit and holds 3 to 4 people.
