Take in the gorgeous views of our backyard that borders the Maumee River and is within Sidecut Park. Make your way down to your private deck and private entrance. Upon entering the apartment, you will walk into an 800sq ft finished walkout BASEMENT complete with a queen memory foam bed, dining table, fireplace, desk overlooking the park, 55 inch smart tv with Netflix, lazy-boy recliner, attached full kitchen and bathroom. Also, please feel free to do your laundry in the attached washer and dryer. Everything you need in one space.
