Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom getaway in the heart of the peaceful Beverly neighborhood in South Toledo! Nestled in a quiet and safe community, our cozy home is the perfect retreat for your stay. The main floor features two comfortable bedrooms each furnished with queen beds ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The shared bathroom on this floor is well-appointed and includes all the essentials you need. Downstairs, the partially finished basement offers a fantastic hangout area complete with an entertainment bar, TV, and game table perfect for family time or a fun movie night. We have even stocked the popcorn for your enjoyment! There's a convenient half bath, eliminating the need to climb the stairs for a quick restroom break. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement, making laundry a breeze.

Living Area:
The living room has a comfy sofa and chair with a 50 inch smart TV and for your dining convenience, a 4-seat dining table. The galley kitchen has everything you should need to cook a meal, including a microwave and high end dishwasher.

Entertainment:
Entertainment options abound with TVs in the living room, basement, and one of the bedrooms. Whether you're indulging in movie nights or catching up on the latest series, you'll have plenty of viewing choices.

Kitchen:
Our small yet well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out or indulging in a full dinner, you'll find all the necessary appliances and utensils at your fingertips. There is a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. We've also provided a supply of coffee pods for the Keurig, ensuring you can start your mornings right.

We offer discounted stays if staying for 1 week or 1 month. We welcome traveling workers and longer term stays. This location is ideal for working in the area and is central to everything.

***Important:

By booking our home you agree to not smoke in the home. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked inside our home a $250 fee will be imposed.

We charge $50 per stay when bringing your dog. We will consider allowing more than one dog by request only. Thank you!

***We have our lawn mowed in the summer once per week, it is random and may happen when you are there. Please be patient, it usually takes less than an hour. Thank you!

***Our home is professionally cleaned & sanitized after each guest. We make sure comforters are washed between guest!
The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the home between guests. We appreciate guests who treat our home respectfully, but you won't have to take out the trash or strip beds. Our cleaning team will do that! The only check out cleaning we ask is to fill the dishwasher and run it on your way out the door! Just stay, relax, and enjoy!

Orono has about 660 sq. feet on the main floor and an additional 650 in the finished basement including the laundry room and half bath.
