Extended stays are welcome and can be negotiated for lower price per day.
The space
Welcome to a property equipped with keyless entry. If you own a smartphone you may enter and exit this property via your device as the lock is accessible via Bluetooth and WiFi. Phone is dead upon arrival? No worries, upon booking you will be given a unique pin code to access the property during the dates you booked for.

Hard copy keys will be placed in the keyhole of your Master Bedroom where you can either use the key, or the blue key fob placed over the card symbol, or by entering a four digit pin.

Don't fumble around with keys or worry about misplacing them with awesome features like these.
Guest access
This property is spacious including the areas that access is granted. Such as the Kitchen, laundry services, and the patio.

Please note that we have changed guest access to the areas mentioned above, and guests should not go past the kitchen into the dining area, living room area, or into the upstairs portion of the home.

This property is in the middle of great places you could venture to. I’ve created a guidebook for your easy access if you aren’t from around here. 😃

Downtown (Home to great sporting events) and "The docks" which provides great scenery and fantastic food is only 13 minutes away! West field Mall which not only contains a great shopping experience but also contains a state of the art theater which happens to be only 7 minutes or less away!

Eateries such as El Nuevo (a local Mexican restaurant) is only around the block! There are also plenty of food choices such as Chick-Fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Chipotle, and more are all in a 10 minute radius from this property.

Lastly Toledo is home to multiple state of the art medical facilities, for my traveling MDS and nurses, or even the guests that may need to make a quick trip; these hospitals are located the listed miles and minutes below from our property. 😁
