"28-8-21- We left the accommodation just 2 days into our 7 day vacation. It was not secure and a health and safety risk. On arrival, we pointed out that 3 x pairs of glass sliding doors did not lock at all. Next day the owner sent an alleged “locksmith” and told us they were all fixed. Unique property

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."
