"Like the hotel location, near Mojiko Station, Blue Wing bridge. Love the breakfast with delicious baked beef curry rice. Need to improve on cleanliness of disabled toilet"

"Huge rooms with beautiful views and an onsite Japanese garden super close to the monorail station connecting to the JR Kokura train station and other destinations. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. The retro feel of the rooms may be a selling point to those who like that however. "

"Everything is perfect. The location of the hotel is also very close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby. The bus stop is also close, so it's good to go to Karato Market or Akama Shrine. Yume Tower can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a hot spring inside the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot spring freely. Free ramen is served in the evening and many other services are provided for free. It is easy to get to Kokura by subway, and I think it is the best hotel to travel...

"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "

"Overpriced for what it is. Spend less and go to a hostel, or more for a better hotel. Terrible rooms, open ceilings, very hot, not good. Booked for 5 days and didn’t even stay for 1 it was so bad."

"Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints. Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional. "Toyoko Inn in Shin-Yamaguchi is handily situated 5 minutes walk from the shinkansen lines. It is a good, basic, business hotel. There were free breakfasts."
