"Average experience, this is clearly a newly open residence and only one floor is in service while the owner is still renovating the second floor. Maybe a lot for one person to handle , but professionalism could improve, cleanliness was ok but not perfect and while some things are newly renovated, this is an older building. Owner is helpful though and this may all improve in time . For now it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but there is limited options on Aka island anyways. "

"Pretty decent place but if you are expecting a luxurious stay, this is not for you. If you enjoy peaceful environment and wooden furniture, this is the great place for it. However, the 4-bed room was quite small just for me (I was lucky to be the only one there) but if you have to share with 3 other people, it could quickly become difficult. Not enough space for sure. "Yuumi and her team were so lovely and made us feel so welcome in Aka! They picked us up from the port even though it was a short way which was so helpful with our luggage.
