"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. "It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. This is from one who is not a vegetarian! The service is personal and sincerely caring. I would recommend visiting Daisen and staying there. "

"昔はよかったんだろうなと言う感じの旅館でした。皆生温泉の一番端っこにあるので、ご飯なとは、旅館内か、少し歩いていく感じになります。ただ、温泉は素晴らしかったです！！"

"スタンダードで泊まりましたが、すごく広い部屋でビックリ！チェックアウトの際、スタンダードでその部屋だったのかを聞いたら、空いていたからグレードアップしてくれたそうで…しかも部屋に温泉の出る檜風呂が付いていて、子供が小さいので家族で入れて助かったし本当に最高のおもてなしでした。 会席の料理も美味しいし、説明も丁寧で良かったです。 いろいろ融通がきいて、また来たいと思いました。"

One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area. It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan. Everything is designed to meet the needs of the guests. Highly recommended if u will travel to Yonago area, especially for its reasonable charge."

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice.
