"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my room/apartment was spotless, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the kitchen staff and felt compelled to share my concerns. While sitting at the bar, I had a clear view into the kitchen, which had no door separating it from the dining area. I observed two young women plating food. One was handling fries with long nail extensions, but without gloves, which I found unsanitary. The other was eating leftover fries while holding...

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "
