"What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet."

"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

"Beautiful converted shipping container with a small hot tub, overlooking fields with horses. Also 1 hour's access to the on-site swimming pool, which was a lovely touch. There is another lodge not far away, and people can access the horse field, but it still felt private enough. It is worth mentioning that there is a hairdryer, a fan, shampoo and conditioner, towels and kitchen utensils, and washing up liquid, all provided. This is not stated on the advert so we had packed these, but it is great they have thought of everything, and may save you packing them! My children, 10 and 8, managed OK on the small sofa bed. We just put up a towel at the window as a lot of light can get in (the blind at the kitchen area did not function). Just worth noting but it wasn't a bother as we had taken our own towels for the hot tub. 20 minute drive to Market Rasen racecourse, and only half an hour to Cleethorpes. We were able to really make the most of our trip and the extra touches made it feel more of a holiday. Many thanks! We hope to return one day :) "
