"The manager provided exceptional service - and this was for a facility that was offering a code to self-serve your check-in. We were advised about bus routes into Bath (there is a congestion toll for drivers) which were very close by, the breakfast was very well priced with excellent service provided, we were allowed to leave our car after checkout until the afternoon, the road is a little busy for walking but the room was quiet and spacious. "

"Lights in room 2 needs a dimmer switch, much too bright and or a little light in kitchen area. Garden /parking area needed sweeping whilst awaiting planting"
