"After a long travel from MIA to BOG then 4 hours driving to Girardot I ended stranded because when arrived to the property apparently the host have clue about the reservation I couldn’t talk with the host because the security guys at the gate didn’t allowed me to enter, That was the worst experience, tired after a long trip and unable to rest. At this point I’m expecting full refund "

"The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It looks newly renovated, and the two pools, though very small, are gorgeous."

"The only thing I did not like was to have to pay for extra plate of soup during a brunch breakfast which was included in my stay."

"Bad hotel. Very dirty, bathroom full of mold. There is only one person doing all the duties, from checking, guard, desk person, taking care of the la gage. We arrived at 4:00pm, and the room was not ready, we need to wait until 5:00pm. Not recommend."

"Well off the beaten path. If your looking for a get away from the main road, city lights, traffic, car horns, police, the homeless, THiS is the place for you. It’s Not 5-star experience but it is a bit of a Shangrila and a 3-star hotel with a nice hardworking staff, The swimming pools and views of the nearby mountains are amazing. Reserve 2-3 nights or have a Family get together or celebration here. It’s ideal .finally the price is extremely economic for what you get."

"Staff were wonderfully helpful. I asked to switch rooms because of street noise and staff came up with a quiet alternative. Parking in a secure lot was also provided upon request. Enjoyed a quiet made to order breakfast."
