Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. To my delight, Mr. Bende and the Chef noticed I was tired and probably hungry, they took the time to prepare me food, which BTW was delicious. "If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like it's in the center of everything, this is not that place. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "
