"Showed up excited to stay here and was turned away as the woman who runs it says there was no room even though she never canceled it through VRBO. Apparently she double booked it and never bother to reach out to me or cancel the stay on the app. It was 8pm and me and my partner had no where to go. I was totally shocked she had so little care in the world that she didn’t know how to use the app and kicked us out in the dark. It’s a small town and there aren’t a lot of options.
