"All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! Our favorite staff was Captain Larry! He greeted us every morning. He even brought a fresh coconut cut open ready to drink for each person in our family! Always kind and positive! Communication with the resort was quick and easy through What's app. This was our 3rd visit at Jaguar Reef and I'm sure we will choose them again!"
