"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"A family of four one being a toddler stayed at casa Nduxi for 3 nights 4 days. We loved our stay. The property is super clean and staff is always wiping down things or watering plants keeping up with the property. They staff was super busy keeping the place very nice daily. The staff is very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The location of the property is amazing. Very close to all the must see sights in puebla centro. Our apartment verde, was very comfortable...

"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."
