"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. "Beautiful big room, very clean and a wonderful bathroom, seemed newly renovated with an excellent flow of water for the shower. First class waiters in the dining room both for breakfast and one dinner. A big choice for breakfast with a very tasty Georgian salad freshly made. Dinner was delicious, excellent work by the chef. Wine and drinks were a bit expensive. A special thanks to the front desk manager and the receptionists who helped make our first visit to Batumi memorable."
