Overbooked.
Even they confirmed the room over internet. They overbooked and we were brought to a more expensive hotel. But the service was good and they were helpful and polite.

Hôtel très très sympathique, beaucoup de charme, authentique, un accueil hors pair, emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de Tiznit sur la place principale. Merci à Abdou et Mohamed pour leur extrême gentillesse pour leur bienveillance et leur conseil, tout cela dans un français impeccable, ce qui est très appréciable.
