"I don't usually write reviews because I don't like to waste my time online too much but this will be my first review in Expedia. I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. "The hotel was a nightmare, I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was terrible, even the friendliness of the stuff could not hide the terrible condition this place is in. The only saving grace is the beach itself. What a beautiful place. The food was horrible. Look it’s the coast and we were not expecting miracles but it hardly lived up to our already low expectations. The bathroom had bugs in it and it was old and dirty. "We had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the food is excellent, the property is wonderful, and there are lots of pools across the hotel- including an adult only one. The only downside is that the beach is not clean - there's lots and lots of seaweed all around which if cleaned up would make a big difference "
