This was our second stay at this property and it is just delightful. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting spaces and enough room to spread out. Convenient to our event and we hope to be back again!

Relaxation in the country
This was our second stay at Pam’s. The house is beautiful and spacious. Outside are beautiful views and lots of flowers. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the garden. The location is great and not far from Red Hook and Rhinebeck.

Family reunion
Great property, great host. We had to do brunch for 25 family members on Sunday during a family reunion and I was pleasantly surprised that not only were there enough kitchen supplies (plates and utensils) to accommodate but enough room for all to sit and eat. The grandkids had a blast playing in the backyard which was beautiful.

Bugs, no coffee, broken heat, small hot tub, unnecessary charges
The house was mostly clean and charming, but definitely had some drawbacks and did not match the listing description 100%. - The upstairs bathroom had an insect problem. Flies & Lady bugs. - Despite the listing describing a "Keurig station", this was nowhere to be found. There was a drop coffee maker in the closet that did not work. - The heat in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not work, and it was extremely cold. Worked well in other parts of the house. - BEWARE of hot tub. Host will try to charge you a few hundred bucks for the pleasure if it is winter. The hot tub is also extremely small and cheap. Works fine, but can barely fit 3 people. - The host lives 15 feet next door, on property. - You're not actually renting the whole house. There's a number of inaccessible cabinets and rooms that are labeled "Private"

Thanksgiving in Tivoli
We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen. It was cozy in the living room. Having the kitchen-dining area flow together gave us great table and game playing space. Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous chickens!

Excellent Fall Weekend
My family and I enjoyed a lovely HV getaway and found the farmhouse to be a comfortable base, conveniently located for explore neighboring towns. Paula was very responsive to all of our questions/needs and the home was cozy for a November long weekend. Both my husband and I worked remotely from the house for one day, and we found the Wi-Fi to be more than adequate for our video calls and emailing. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed spending time in the large, well-appointed kitchen.

What a gem!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We had great weather and enjoyed sitting on the deck with the chimenea and admiring the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this house! It was more like a B&B than a typical VRBO rental.

Perfect location for family wedding at Private Estate
Charming vintage house with modern upgraded kitchen and baths. 3 outdoor seating areas on different sides of the house for chasing or avoiding the sun. The biggest plus though is the wonderful host family that goes out of its way to make your stay comfy. Highly recommend!

Amazingly sweet farmhouse in the country!
We had a wonderful time in this property, 2 small families staying a week over the holiday season. The owners provided everything we could possibly want - especially in the gorgeous, sunny kitchen - and were incredibly responsive and attentive. You'll be so happy you came here. We sure are!

Country paradise
From the moment we arrived, Pamela had everything ready for us, pound cake on the kitchen table, ample towels, and cozy furnishings. Throughout our stay, she made sure we had firewood and any support we needed. Her home was a very peaceful and restful place, filled with all we could need. Thank you Pamela!

Country bliss
Down a real country "lane," this home is settled beautifully among fields and trees and mountains and barns...I can only imagine the beauty when spring touches all the landscape. Two-Gables house is large and accommodating. One could move in ... today. It has everything one might need for everyday living, and then some. And yet, it is located within a few miles of many of the Hudson Valley villages and towns. We enjoyed "living there" very much. Pamela was the perfect hostess. Helpful, available, but leaving us to enjoy.

Great stay
We were a group of friends who traveled to Tivoli to attend the New York Sheep and Wool Festival, aka Rhinebeck. Four of us stayed for four nights, the fifth was only there for two. We had a great time! The house was clean, comfortable and very charming. Pam is friendly and very welcoming. The location is great, close to Tivoli and Red Hook which have several good restaurants and a grocery store. In the evening we had plenty of room for all of us to sit in the living room and talk. The kitchen is large, open and very well equipped. We would definitely return.

Fantastic Getaway Spot
Our stay was an absolute delight in every way! The house and grounds are beautiful and Pam's attention to detail is amazing! From a pantry stocked with spices to odds and ends you might have forgotten to pack (dental floss, lotion, shampoo, etc...) The front porch is nicely appointed and the whole house feels like home. Thanks Pam

Amazing!!
We stay at this beautiful home over the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The house is amazing, so warm and welcoming. It is Beautifully appointed and Pam was a gracious host. Being here was the cherry on top of our wonderful occasion. It’s centrally located to many things and the grounds the house itself are on are breathtaking. We come to this area often and we’d loved to have the honor of staying here again. Thanks so much Pam.

Beautiful Farmhouse Close to Bard College
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Pamela's farmhouse. The home is even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the photos, especially the lovely eat-in kitchen. The covered front porch has a view of one of the prettiest trees I've seen and, even on a rainy afternoon, provided a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy with family. Three generations of our family spent 5 days in the area to enjoy the Bard Music Festival and to move our son into his Bard College dorm. The home is very conveniently located: close to Bard College and to great restaurants and shops in Red Hook. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Outsanding Experience
This house (and host) delivered an outstanding experience for us! The house is just perfect and the host was great. The house was very clean, comfortable and inviting and the host curated the most comprehensive information about the area. The amount of land around the property was a perfect place for our kids to run around and an even better chance for us to enjoy an outdoor brunch surrounded by picturesque scenery. I cannot wait for the next time we get the opportunity to visit this home.
