"Room was nice, the hotel itself is themed amazingly. The main buffet was a bit of a scrum with huge lines but ultimately staff worked with urgency and got people through. Very much organised chaos. Reception were excellent, they had our room ready when we arrived at 9am and offered us a late checkout ..."

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. ..."
