"This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything else was amazing but I will not be coming back. She was rude to everyone that came to ask her a question."
