Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. All the buildings have at most just a ground and 1st floor so when you look up you see the blue skies, no loud music by the pool, no rush of people anywhere like most 5* resorts with bigger room numbers that we have previously stayed in.
